Five Days, Every Floor — and It Held Up
Situation
The Connecticut Science Center needed a full deep clean of every floor — the kind of reset a high-traffic public facility only gets a small window to complete.
What we did
Our crew deep-cleaned all floors over five days, September 14–18 — a full-building reset, top to bottom.
“They did an awesome job! I really appreciate all the work.”— Brendan, Facilities Manager at the Connecticut Science Center
Result
And it lasted: at our follow-up inspection on September 28, the facility was still clean and well-maintained.

By the numbers
- 5-day deep clean
- Every floor
- Follow-up inspection 10 days later: held
A Shaky First Two Weeks — Turned Into a Confident Client

Situation
This office client came on board June 24, 2026. The first two weeks brought service concerns — the window where a new cleaning contract usually succeeds or fails.
What we did
Every concern raised in those first two weeks was addressed and resolved promptly. Then we held the standard week after week, with a leadership check-in on August 22 to confirm the early issues had stayed fixed.
“I’ve definitely noticed an improvement”— Elana, Flow Tech (email, August 26, 2026) — the entryway and kitchen called out specifically
By the numbers
- Onboarded June 24
- Early concerns closed inside 2 weeks
- Client praise at the 2-month mark
New Contact, Real Problems — Fixed the Same Day
Situation
In early May, this allergy clinic got a new main contact, Terry. She quickly flagged two problems: daily cleaning that wasn’t being completed, and our crew’s schedule overlapping with clinic staff.
What we did
The same afternoon she raised it, our supervisor was on site inspecting. We moved cleaning to after 5:30 PM — after clinic hours — and retrained the crew on the full scope of work.
Result
Within days, the clinic’s own employees were commenting on how clean the facility looked, and confidence was restored with the new contact.

By the numbers
- Same-day supervisor inspection
- Schedule moved to after 5:30 PM
- Full crew retrained on scope
Five Days a Week, Without Missing a Beat
Situation
When HARC’s previous cleaning contract turned over, the facility needed a new partner who could step in and keep a busy community building clean five days a week — without a gap and without the day-to-day hand-holding falling on HARC’s own team.
What we did
Burgos Cleaning Service provides janitorial cleaning and floor cleaning at HARC’s Hartford facility five days a week, Monday through Friday. The crew works from the account’s own game plan, trained once and then trusted to run it — and the feedback loop stays open: HARC’s suggestions are acted on, and the crew brings its own ideas for improving the facility back to HARC’s team.
Continuity is the standard: the same trained crew, the same lead supervisor as the point of contact, and management a call away — the way Burgos has run every account since 2012.
“Burgos not only meets but exceeds our expectations. Any issue or concern is handled immediately. I would absolutely recommend them — with the right fit to your business needs.”— Ramona, Director of Operations, HARC
Result
HARC’s operations lead reports that Burgos doesn’t just meet the standard — it exceeds it, with any issue or concern handled immediately. Daily schedules are met, and when an emergency comes up, it’s handled without drama. Asked whether she would recommend Burgos, the answer was unqualified.
What HARC values most, in her account: continuity, communication with the lead supervisor and management, dignity and respect, and professionalism — a crew that needs little to no direction once trained.
