Our Commercial Cleaning Process and Quality Control

Scope, launch and recurring follow-through should feel clear before the first service begins.

Built around the work.

Scope, launch and recurring follow-through should feel clear before the first service begins.

Scope — Every engagement starts with a walkthrough and a written scope, so the work is defined before the first visit.

Launch — Your crew, schedule, and supplies are set before day one, and the same crew services your building every visit.

Follow-through — Supervisor inspections and one point of contact. Tell us once — we fix it and let you know when it’s done.

Explore the details

Walkthrough

Review the facility, traffic, schedule and priorities.

  • An introduction to who we are, what we do, and what we’re about
  • A walk through your building to understand your needs and priorities
  • Cleanable square footage assessed on site
  • Scope of work defined, turned into a plan of action for how we’d clean your facility

Plan

Document scope, cadence and responsibilities.

  • Floor plans incorporated when you provide them (common for larger facilities)
  • During the proposal phase you can alter the scope — or hand us your own scope and we’ll run with it
  • Documented scope, cleaning cadence, and responsibilities, built around your facility

Launch

Prepare the team and site-specific service plan.

  • W9, certificate of insurance, and signed contract to kick things off
  • We staff your site from our team and new hires
  • An operations walk-through with your dedicated cleaners to iron out every detail and set the game plan
  • A site-specific service plan: the crew’s day-to-day checklist for your building
  • Keys, alarm codes, and building access handled securely

Review

Check work, surface issues and refine the plan.

  • Scheduled inspections by our operations team
  • When something’s off: it’s flagged to operations, fixed on site, and steps are taken so it doesn’t happen again
  • Direct follow-up with you after every resolution
  • Direct reporting and follow-up for complaints and service requests
Next step

Start with a facility walkthrough.

Build a clear request now, then connect the final form to the approved lead system before launch.
