Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Technician Floater to join our commercial cleaning team. This on-call position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in different environments.
As a floater, you will be trained at multiple commercial locations and will be expected to fill in as needed when other team members are absent. This is a part-time, on-call role with the opportunity to move into a permanent position as one becomes available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cleaning coverage at various commercial locations.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocol.s
- Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, etc.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding schedules and assignments.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to travel locally between multiple job sites
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to work day or evening shifts on an as-needed basis
- Must have reliable transportation
Schedule Flexibility Required:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- On-call availability for last-minute shift coverage
This is a part-time, as-needed position with potential for future permanent placement.
